Irish Coffee
Ingredients
- 1 cup hot coffee
- 1 ounce Irish Whiskey
- sugar to taste
- whipped cream (optional)
- 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
Mixing Instructions
Caution: this recipe involves heating alcohol, which can be very dagerous. Please be very careful.
Heat the Irish whiskey as warm as possible without bringing it to a boil. Pour your coffee into a cup and add your desired amount of sugar. Pour the heated whiskey over the back of a spoon so that it dribbles down into the coffee. Add whipped cream to top off the drink and insert one cinnamon stick (both are optional).
