Ingredients
- 5 cl Apple juice
- 3 cl Lime juice
- 8 cl champagne flavored Carbonated soft drink
- 1 slice Lemon
- Soda water (Farris)
Mixing Instructions
Mix with ice. Named after the head of the Norwegian traffic police some years ago, only known as U.P. Olsen. -- Champagne soda is a fruit flavored soda and has little in common with champagne.
