Boston Punch

Ingredients

  • 75 cl Champagne
  • 28 cl Cider
  • 14 cl Brandy
  • 2 oz Triple Sec
  • 3 oz Dark Rum
  • 4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 40 cl Soda Water
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Mixing Instructions

Dissolve sugar and combine ingredients in a punch bowl with sufficient ice to chill. Add thin wedges of apple. Serve in wine glasses. (16 servings.)
